We ran a survey to find out what virtual fair attendees thought about their experience on Fairwiz.
As a company, it's important for us to not only ensure that our subscribers have a user-friendly experience when it comes to creating and managing their virtual fairs but we also care about the end user – their attendees.
Ultimately, if attendees aren't having a good experience navigating and achieving their objective for a virtual fair – whether it's a career fair, education, fair, trade fair, or open day – the software is failing not only the attendee but also the event organiser.
